Terms of use
A simple agreement for using HifzInk.
These terms describe acceptable use, account responsibilities, learning guidance, and the limits of the HifzInk service.
Using HifzInk
HifzInk provides Quran writing, tracing, review, and progress tools for personal, family, and educational practice.
You agree to use the service respectfully, lawfully, and only in ways that do not harm other users, the app, or the underlying systems.
Learning guidance
HifzInk is a learning companion. It does not replace a qualified Quran teacher, parent, guardian, or scholar.
For tajweed, memorization quality, pronunciation, and religious guidance, learners should continue to seek appropriate human instruction.
Accounts and progress
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure.
Progress, streaks, achievements, review history, and related learning data may change as features improve or sync behavior evolves.
AI-assisted feedback
Some HifzInk features may use AI-assisted review to provide practice feedback. AI feedback can be helpful, but it may be incomplete or incorrect.
Use AI feedback as practice support rather than final judgment on Quran recitation, memorization, or religious correctness.
Availability
HifzInk may change, pause, or remove features as the web app and future Android release continue to develop.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
